HOW DO I RSVP AND BY WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

To RSVP, please see details on the “Save the date” sent to you and the other festival  invitations on the website.

GIN BAR IS ON US!

First round is on us. Each guest will receive one complimentary voucher that can be redeemed at the Gin Bar.

There will be a bar facilities available for guests to purchase their preferred drink of choice at their own cost.

Your safety matters to us, so please make adequate arrangements for your drive back home (should you choose to consume alcohol). Remember don’t drink and drive!!

IS THERE A DRESS CODE/THEME FOR EACH OF THE WEDDING FESTIVAL DAYS?

Yes, all themes of the Spring Wedding Festival of Love are centred around popular and much loved movies:

  • Pre-Wedding Pamper Party on 23 September 2023

Theme – Crazy Rich Asians. 

Dress Code – Asian inspired outfit.

  • Pre-Wedding Engagement Party on 24 September 2023

Theme – Kuch Kuch Hota Hai

Dress Code – Indian/Bollywood inspired.

  • The Wedding on 26 September 2023

Theme – Narnia and The NeverEnding Story

Dress Code – Formal

  • Post-Wedding Breakfast on 27 September 2023

Theme – La Dolca Vita

Dress Code – Casual Chic (Italian inspired)

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Although we adore children, we are only able to accommodate children of our immediate family at our wedding ceremony and reception. However, kindly note that children are most welcome to join us at all other events associated with our Spring Wedding Festival of Love.

WHAT ABOUT PARKING AT THE WEDDING VENUE?

Due to limited parking spaces at the wedding (and all other festival) venue/s, please remember your K53 motoring prowess and be mindful of others when parking. With the limited parking spaces at the wedding venue, you may have to park on the street. Don’t stress; we have provided security to watch over your vehicle.

WILL THE EVENTS BE HELD INDOORS OR OUTDOORS ON THE  26th OF SEPTEMBER 2023? 

Both the matrimonial ceremony and reception will be held indoors. However, ladies are encouraged to wear block heels (or heel protectors for stilettos) and to bring along comfortable/ flat shoes for other planned activities on the day.

CAN I TAKE PICTURES DURING THE CEREMONY?

Feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like throughout the day but please be mindful of the fact that we have hired a professional photographer to capture our special day and we’d hate for their shots to have phones in them or for them to miss some of our special moments due to hindrances.

Please be mindful of the POPI (Protection of Personal Information) Act before posting any pictures on social media without individuals’ prior consent.

WILL MY SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS BE CATERED FOR?

Our menu has been carefully selected to accommodate a wide variety of dietary requirements

WHAT ABOUT WEDDING GIFTS?

All gifts are welcomed and appreciated. However, with all that we have, we’ve truly been blessed. Your love, support, prayers and positive energy is all that we need but should you be thinking of getting us a wedding gift, then a monetary contribution towards our “Future Fund” (a fund for all our future endeavours and adventures) would be greatly appreciated. We will also have a card/voucher box available at all days of the Spring Wedding Festival of Love.
